The other day I went to visit a Haitian fiend of mind and 70 percent of the houses in the neighborhood has a for sale sign in front of it.

What is happening to the real estate market?

I know many people in Miami who are in foreclosure.

it's sad, they refinance their house and now they cannot affort it.
